This shirt has been in my closet for several years, unworn. I really liked it, but it was a size too big
and just didn't look good on me.
I always thought that I could do something with it so I kept it. A few weeks ago I finally figured out what I wanted to do and today I executed my idea. It was a quick and simple fix.
Using elastic thread, I made three seams around the shirt for an empire waist. Have I ever told y'all how much I love elastic thread? It's amazing! You really should try it. Here is a great tutorial for shirring.
So much better!
